Decrease carbon emissions by taking steps to establish a four-day work week

By adopting a four-day work week and a ten-hour work day, America could significantly decrease commuter traffic and, accordingly, carbon emissions. Although this isn't applicable for all vocations, for many, this is a common-sense solution that will provoke zero deleterious consequences.
