Although U.S. education is well-improved, there are still many people - especially working class's students- who can not afford many textbooks from the publishers because of their textbook prices they set up for. Help make textbooks be available to every students by making Congress pass an act that can somehow decrease the cost for the benefit of the students. Thank you.
