The United States government believes that a person is old enough at the age of 18 to become a soldier and possibly kill another human being but not old enough to drink Alchohol? In 1984, congress passed the National Drinking Age Act that forced all states to move the drinking limit to 21 otherwise they would not be subjected to the federal money they were entitled to. What congress did was wrong.
