Decrease the minimum age to purchase and consume alcohol to eighteen (18) years of age. Eighteen is legal drinking age in virtually every nation EXCEPT the United States. Also, it does not make sense that one can join the military at 18 and, while they can drink abroad, cannot legally drink at home in the United States.
