Decrease the number of H-1B Cap. This will provide more middle class jobs in the U.S. & will grow the U.S. economy.

Most middle class jobs are being sent offshore causing the U.S. labor forces to dwindle and eventually slowing the U.S. economy. Also recent U.S. college grads are not finding the jobs that they studied for and their starting salary is much higher than an offshore H1B visa holder. Vote for this petition to keep middle class jobs in the U.S., to help recent college grads to find employment, and to stimulate the U.S. economy by keeping the U.S. dollar in the U.S.
