For over thirty years employees have increased their productivity, but employees' salaries (after taking inflation into account) have barely budged, while the wealth of the top 1% has multiplied a few times.
Let's start giving corporations incentives (such as a reduction of corporate taxes) for sharing some of their corporate profits with their employees.
This corporate tax benefit can be paid for by increasing the taxes on the corporations that do not share their profits with their employees.
In this way, when productivity increases, employees can enjoy some of the fruit of their increased productivity.
Let's not allow another thirty years go by where all of the profits made by productive employees go to the top 1%.
