Decree all equipment and hardware purchases for U.S. defense forces be manufactured in U.S.

I here by ask the administration, require all equipment used by our armed forces be manufactured in the U.S.
This would be inclusive of all parts and sub-components.
Companies and manufacures of products in nations where the national leadership including military leaders threat the U.S shall be deemed as foreign entities and forbidden from participating in supply of federal and military agencies.
