Decree Gregory Hicks, former Assistant ambassador to Libya under the late Chris Stevens, as a hero.

Greg Hicks served with distinction and heroism during the terrorist attack on the US mission in Bengazi where Americans were killed in service to each other and the country. Later, Mr. Hicks suffered intimidation in the State Department and was demoted for not submitting to a cover up of the facts in this episode. We petition the Obama Administration to designate Hicks a hero for his service and his testimony under oath to Congress on the facts of this debacle. Further we petition the Obama Administration to restore Hicks to his highest rank in government service and rescind any and all sanctions on him.
