All around the country teenagers 18-21 drink and get caught. It is followed by major concequences, but also young adults 18-21, are serving in the U.S. army! The draft states that anyone 18-25 have to enter into the draft, but they cannot drink a sip of alcohol. If you are mature enough to die for your country you should be mature enough to drink.
