We the people petition to end, "The War on Drugs," by decriminalizing possession and use of any and all controlled substances. By eliminating the incarceration of drug offenders, the tax dollars spent on corrections are to be used for government funded drug and alcohol treatment centers, educational programs about drug and alcohol use, career training for addicts and alcoholics, and other rehabilitation services for substance abusers and their families.
