Decriminalization of marijuana

Created by A.O. on January 01, 2013

decriminalization of marijuana- However there are other like this one this is a little different. First a 5% federal sin tax for sale of Marijuana. Next would be a federal $10 Grow permit per year for each individual/company that choose to grow it. This law even if passed would not make marijuana legal until the states make it legal. The state would have the rights to add any tax or growing operation standards.
The main goal of this is to give each state more rights regarding the plant.
Advantages of this include:
-allowing the court system and police to deal with more violent crimes.
-new source of revenue could create a billion dollar industries.
-solve the basic law of supply and demand
-people that smoke would not be considered criminals
-greener environment due to hemp paper
