Mammals have the right to engage freely in sexual behavior without the threat of legal punishment. This right is intrinsic and independent of the relation between the individuals, the number of individuals involved, their mental capacity, age, species, or any other arbitrary characteristics. We are advocating for the liberty of individuals to freely engage in sexual behavior without the threat of incarceration or any punishment from the state. This includes but is not limited to non-forceful sexual acts between humans and other non-human animals, non-forceful sexual acts between minors, non-forceful sexual acts between minors and adults, non-forceful sexual acts between relatives, non-forceful sexual acts between solicitors and clients. It is unjust to persecute people for sexual behavior.
