Decriminalize and legalize the consumption, distribution, production , and taxation of cannabis.

Legalize and decriminalize the regulation (by the FDA and ATF ), production, distribution, consumption, and taxation (by state tax bureaus) of the recreational and medicinal use of cannabis. Doing this will stimulate the economies of the United States, Canada, and Mexico by increased trade and spending. Legalizing and decriminalizing cannabis will also create new occupations dedicated to the different uses of marijuana in many different fields such as;agriculture, medicine, and renewable energy. It will also cut federal spending considering over $14 billion have been spent to fight the War On Drug and one in eight of all 2,019,234 U.S. prisoners are incarcerated due to marijuana related charges.(it cost an average of $129.04 a day to house one person).
