Marijuana has been proven to have health benefits for a large amount of sicknesses/diseases including Alzheimer's, Cancer, and even Asthma. It's proven to be less dangerous than cigarettes, & ethanol/alcohol which is legal & has already been through a prohibition that failed. It is a human right to be able to use marijuana for personal medication or recreationally just as much as, if not more than, alcohol is. It is unconstitutional to claim a natural plant can not be used as the people please. Also, marijuana alone is why a large amount of people are in jail, and will lower crime rate and bring in money just like, if not more than, alcohol and tobacco if legalized nationally.
