Decriminalize the consumption, possession, and the cultivation of the Cannabis plant otherwise known as Marijuana.

In light of the continued failed efforts on the war on drugs, the Federal government's inability to balance our budget, recent increase in violence particularly that from the cartels surrounding our boarders, and recent legislature changes made in States that have successfully commercialized Cannabis. We cordially submit this petition with hopes to commence and broaden the discussions surrounding the commercialization of Marijuana.
