No person in the United States, 18 years of age or older shall be punished criminally, or be denied any right or privilege, by reason or such person's planting, cultivating, harvesting, drying, processing, otherwise preparing, transporting, or possessing cannabis for personal, agricultural, commercial, industrial, use, or by reason of that use.
Importation of cannabis shall be restricted, and exportation of cannabis shall be legal except in cases where foreign governments restrict its importation.
A pardon shall be administered retroactively for cases involving cannabis, with the exception of violent crimes and those involving the corruption of minors.
US Law and Policies shall reclassify cannabis (marijuana) and its derivatives to a Schedule II drug. All sales shall be taxed.
