Decriminalize the growth of industrial hemp in the United States.

Industrial Hemp is a drought resistant crop that needs little fertilizer or pesticide and can be used to make plastic, paper, textiles, and food. Currently the DEA considers industrial hemp analogous to marijuana. Let us end the prohibition on this crop and allow American farmers to grow this renewable resource once again.
