State laws are favoring large corporations. Criminalizing the use of natural resources for residential use; in order to impose unwanted and inefficient services to every person they can reach.
If we can own property, why are we not free to be self-reliant for water. We still pay our property taxes other services. Decriminalizing the harvest of natural resources on our own properties for personal use will improve our environment, break up the power of large utility companies over our government.
Our outlook on the possibility of a less wasteful future will be realized, without being prosecuted or having extra taxes be imposed on deviant practices in this free country. To Corps, Lobbyists and lawmakers who made these practices illegal, you are not The People.
