Marijuana will immediately be decriminalized to both use, grow and distribute to all individuals over the age of 18. All individuals now incarcerated for marijuana crimes will be released from incarceration and their record expunged. The growing and/or making of product from marijuana will be allowed for use by all individuls over 18 for recreational and medical use. Growing marijuana will be deregulated and decriminalized immediately.
