Mr.President the time is now. Remove cannabis from schedule 1 and remove criminal penaltys for ingesting and possessing small amounts of marijuana. Medical Marijuana should be legalized for the patients that need it. This is a top priority to this generation Mr. President and so far your administration hasnt listened. The time is now. Stop arresting non violent offenders, let the states decide their own laws on marijuana.
