Please do not ignore this issue. The people--from scientists to psychologists to the common man--have spoken. Americans love marijuana, and we are not going to stop smoking it. The only reason anybody is harmed through marijuana trade and consumption is due to the fact that it is illegal. If made legal, all negative aspects would disappear. Please, stop being Big Pharma's pawn and do what you know is right, Mr. President. Over 50% of Americans support legalization. If this were a true democracy, marijuana would already be legal. Since it is not, however, please know that if you take measures to legalize marijuana, tens of millions of recreational and medical users will line up to register to keep you in office.
Do what you know is right. It's your duty.
