We the people of the United Staes have grone tired of spending money on a war that is impossible to win and has caused more harm then good. Instead of wasting our hard earned money and resources to try to stop the use of marijuana we ought to embrace the use, and concentrate on making college education free of charge for those that widh to persue a degree. By using the resources saved and earned by legalizing marijuana to fund education more jobs will be createc and the crime rate will decrase.
