Decriminalize marijuana federally, and let each state decide their own laws for or against it.

For decades, the federal government has unjustly outlawed marijuana, while spending billions of tax payer's dollars attempting to enforce this ridiculous law. The war on drugs is a proven failure, due to the fact that drug use is a personal liberty and a God-given right of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and therefore cannot be enforced. Marijuana users who are arrested are classified as felons, and prisons are being unjustly filled for this peaceful act, while the government controls the drug market. Help we the people take our rightful power back from the federal government, and give it, if we so choose, to our states. Decriminalize marijuana federally, and free up space in our prisons for any and all others who do not abide to the laws of the U.S. constitution.
