Decriminalize Marijuana at a Fedral Level, Place responsibility on the State to legalize or criminalize.

Mr. President, white house staff, and to whom ever may be reading this. As light sheds on the past and the future comes rolling in with great opportunity and obsticles no longer can we as nation turn a blind eye towards social issues at hand. The decriminalization of Marijuana is a key social issue of this mordern world we live in and keeping Marijuana in its current status at a Federal level is simply unacceptable. It is delaying the inevitable and destroying lives in the mean time. Our prisons are littered with Marijuana related arrests, citizens of this great nation are black listed forever for the use of Marijuana, and for what? A personal choice? This modern day prohibition has to end. Start it at the Federal level now, so you aren't playing catch up with States.
