Marijuana needs to be decriminalized in Florida. To many people are being arrested and trialled on smalls amounts of marijuana. It has gotten to a point where people are being arrested just to meet quotas, especially in towns with low crime rates. Other states are more lenient on marijuana laws and have decriminalized it already. This petition will also will have courts open to more important crimes, and not only benifit it's citizens but also economically benifits the state. I know that Marijuana is federally illegal and this has to do with state laws but I don't know anywhere else I can have my Voice heard. Please sign this petition if you truly believe in it and help president Obama recognize this issue.
