To decriminalize marijuana--it's "unfair" citizens in other states have legal access to it while the rest of us do not.

Created by N.J. on November 22, 2014

Fair treatment for all Americans by decriminalizing marijuana. It's not right citizens in states like Colorado, Oregon, and Alaska have access to marijuana.

People like me that work hard, pays their taxes, and never gets into legal trouble shouldn't go to prison and possibly lose their kids for possession of this plant.

Polls say a majority of people agree with this issue. Please decriminalize it and allow lawful citizens like myself the option to use marijuana without fear of arrest. Marijuana provides relief to depression and chronic pain, please give me the right to choose.

Finally, I want to add that I'm a veteran living in Florida - the pain and depression I feel is a result of my military service (40% disability). I served my country, please care about me...
