Marijuana is a plant, much like a tomato plant. Do you feel you're breaking the law when you eat a tomato? Aloe is used as a medicinal plant, is it illegal to grow and cultivate? Why then is marijuana illegal? Because it is classified as a narcotic. Scientifically proven to be non-addictive, safer than alcohol which is a man made substance. If made legal and FDA approved I fear that it will be meddled with by adding filters or fillers much like what was done with tobacco and cigarettes. Then taxes on it will be raised yearly at an alarming rate just as has happened with cigarettes. Marijuana should simply be decriminalized as it IS just a plant. Grow and use your own, no importing/exporting.
