We The People believe Marijuana should be decriminalized. Countless numbers of people are put in jail for a long time or paying outrageous fines on nonviolent Marijuana charges! It should be our right to choose if we use this plant! The fact that the US government, which was founded on Liberty and freedom, tells us it's illegal, disgusts me. The benifits from making it legal, are also great. Marijuana has been proven to be no more harmful then Alcohol, which is legal. It's clear This "Drug War" is failing, and more people support decriminalization then prohibition. The people have spoken, and isn't the US all about the people? The constution starts with "We the people" for a reason. It doesn't start with "We The Controlling Government." The facts show we would be better off with it legal!
