We The People of The United States Of America recognize that the medicinal use of marijuana can be beneficial in some cases. We realize it is unethical to prosecute a terminally ill patient and/or their spouse for choosing to treat their illness with medicinal marijuana. We pray for your immediate action, On a National level the use of marijuana by a terminally ill patient be exempt from prosecution. It is unethical to deny a terminally ill patient the option to treat their pain naturally. This includes but is not limited to cannabis oil, juicing the leaves as well as smoking the plant. " Big Dennys Law " must become effective immediately. No terminally ill person should face prosecution for treating their illness naturally with marijuana!
