It's a fact that there is so much evidence for medical use of marijuana by doctors and science that do help people, it's less addictive than alcohol and tobacco, less chance of abuse than alcohol and tobacco according to wikipedia on substance abuse.

the people responsible have not lost there jobs or been brought to justice through the courts system.
So we the people would like to be treated the same, still keep our jobs, not bought in front of a judge and only given a small fine for possession of a small amount of marijuana
