Decriminalize the recreational use of cannabis in the state of Georgia.

I would like to keep this short and sweet. I am pro cannabis and feel that based on everything we have all read and seen on television, it's safe to safe that the decriminalization of marijuana would not only benefit the economy of the state of Georgia but also lower the incarceration numbers of non violent offenders. It can be used as medicine, generate jobs, the government could regulate and tax. What more could we ask for. We regulate tobacco and that destroys your lungs. We regulate alcohol and that destroys your liver. Marijuana is an alternative that is just as marketable.
