The decriminalization of all narcotics would:
-Remove the incentive for cartels and gangs to remain
active and put and end to the bloodshed in Mexico and on U.S. soil
-Allow the government to regulate the production, sale, and taxation of narcotics. (increased revenue)
-Ease the burden on our penitentiary system, which houses 25 percent of the world's prisoners. (decreased government spending)
-Create a massive industry and create job opportunities right here on U.S. soil.
