Generally Substance Abuse needs to be decriminalized, since it is an effort to deal with the daily problems that life poses on an individual lacking Good Mental Health or one that is not either Physically, Socially or Psychologically prepared to meet the demands of a Complex Society like the one we live in America today.
Criminalizing individuals for Substance Abuse instead of providing adequate medical and social training refrains and slows down the development of the peoples trying to work together in a Modern Society composed of such a complex ethnicity variety.
We urgently need the due legislation concerning this matter, if we are going to present ourselves to the world as a leading and civilized society.
