Decriminalize the use and possession of small amounts of marijuana.

Created by J.T. on November 03, 2011

The United States has spent an estimated $1 trillion on the war on drugs, but has proved to be a failure. Every year, ~$20 million is spent on drug law enforcement. If soft drugs like marijuana were decriminalized, it would, without a doubt, help the economy. It would have a small effect on society as marijuana is readily available, also proving that the war on drugs is a failure.
