Decriminalize responsible use &possession of marijuana & put an end to the denial of the medicinal worthiness of the cannabis plant in its entirety. Time is running out for action on the matter & the window to regulate & federally tax it to help pay down the country’s nearly 20 year old debt is closing even faster. Every law for alcohol, including age, or similar laws at least should be enacted for the recreational use of Marijuana. Lower its schedule to match that of alcohol and/or tobacco. Convince the states to agree to enact laws regarding when & where & how much. Work related accidents under the influence, driving under the influence without a special license with THC level restrictions in some cases, contributing to minors, harsh punishment for use in sexual assault, etc.
