Cohabitation is defined as any two adults living together in a relationship. This needs to be decriminalized in all 50 states as it is a felony or misdemeanor in many states and is not enforced. Plural marriage is a moral decision as well as a religious decision. As long as it is entered into by consenting adults, the government should not be able to interfer as it has to do with morals and religion, cite the phrase"separation of church and state".
