The EPA has repeatedly used it's twisted interpretation of the Clean Water act to attack American Citizens with threats of law suites, fines, land forfeiture, and jail time preventing Americans from using their own land and attacking property rights. This is a direct attack on the Constitutional freedoms protected by the Constitution. The Supreme court has ruled against the EPA but this has not stopped this evil organization from attacking American citizens with is federal power. It is for this reason that the American people demand it be deemed a Terrorist Organization and work done to stop it.
