The goal of this petition is to convince our president and congress that the current methods presented for dealing with ISIS are insufficient and highly unlikely to produce an advantageous outcome. The use of military weapons designed to produce electromagnetic pulses for disabling the weapons of war is the most effective means for defeating ISIS and it is our will as citizens of the United States that no more violence than necessary be used on the people being subjugated by ISIS.
It is our opinion that the violence is untenable and that the best means for dealing with ISIS is to shut their network down and fry their engines of war, permanently.
