The United States and all friendly nations should dedicate all necessary funds, personnel, and equipment to eradicate Islamic Terrorist and Armed Insurgents wherever they are found. Those nations that do not stand up and supply funds, equipments, and/or soldiers will have no voice in the UNITED Nations and have all foreign aid and diplomatic relations withheld.
