Mr. John Dryden informed the students of their right not to incriminate themselves by filling out a survey issued by the Batavia High School. He is facing disciplinary action from the Board of Education. The request to help Mr. Dryden in case he faces disciplinary action from the Board. Children need to know their rights so that they become good citizens. The Obama administration needs to make known how important that citizens need to know their rights and be taught them when they are young. Supreme Court case Miranda v. Arizona expanded self incrimination to outside the court room. Let this be known!
