Earlier this year, a petition was posted that asked the Obama Administration to "outlaw offending prophets of major religions;” that petition has since passed the 25,000 signature threshold.
Our 1st amendment states: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech …”
There is no major religion that doesn’t offend another in some way, shape, or form. Outlawing the offense of these religions would be to outlaw religion itself; We cannot let this happen.
SIGN THIS DOCUMENT. Tell the Obama Administration that we will not stand idly by as our right to free speech is being trampled on.
