Defend Marriage between a man and woman , But defend same sex civil unions, LBGT rights to be in the military and adopt

For years , the marriage debate has raged on , with no end in sight, So to end it we the people propose to define marriage between a man and a woman , because it's natural , it's shown to be healthier , and it would promote safe, stronger families,and it would show support for the input of religious groups, however , gay and lesbians have been marginalized in this nation, so we propose in the interest of equal and civil rights , that the LBGT community have the right to same sex unions , to serve in the armed forces , to adopt children, and to have equal job opportunity . By Constitutional Amendment or Congressional Law and Executive order.
