I am petitioning on behalf of every citizen of the United States off America. The court of appeals for the ninth circuits ruling against the right to carry a concealed weapon outside of an individuals home is unconstitutional and an affront to all Americans and our founding fathers. This ruling clearly infringes upon our 2nd amendment rights.
