We the undersigned believe in the intent and validity of our Bill of Rights to the extent that everyone, including those of foreign nationality, may exercise its freedoms without threat of expulsion or criminality, and that anyone threatening such freedoms because of the content of legal speech or action is acting outside the rights and freedoms of the Constitution.
