Set up buy to own house payments only marginally higher than the costs to build and do away with mortgage lending as an industry in America.
Corporations are not people, they are employers. Force "proper" pricing on all commodities. At a rate not exceeding 10% over the costs of production, and lower the tax rate to a flat 10% rate "forever".
Hospital visits need to be covered by federal tax dollars, the coffers need to pay for "all" operations and treatments major or minor. Do away with insurance in medicine and/or prescriptions, lower costs paying the current rate doctors earn with federal funds.
Limit the number of investments private individuals and corporations can make outside their main industries, classify what industry is their main pool of revenue and limit it to that industry.
