I am petitioning for the president to set up a fair and equal pratice of the law that is uniform in all states regarding parental custody and childcare.
Each childs future should be decided on a case by case bases and each parent should have an equal right to care for and spend time with their child.
Support and custody should not be miscalculated do to a lack of legal reprenstation or financial backing from either party.
Each child should have a right to be with both parents regardless of either parties situation with the other.
Custodial time should be split evenly between both parties and each party should jointly make decisions that effect their childrens lives.
