This act of petition is to speak in defence of gun owners rights and oppose any new restrictions by way of any new or currently dormant but actionable legislation.
This is to include but is not limited to reintroduction of a "Assault weapons ban" that would eliminate or grossly restrict semi-automatic firearms of any caliber or magazine capacity,accessories factory or aftermarket.
This petition is also to oppose support for any international treaties that would restrict 2nd amendment rights of Americans or put in place support for global or multinational registration. It is the belief of all who sign this petition that the American people have the constitutional right to keep and bear arms and that further restrictions would only harm law abiding citizens.
