New Jersey has just taken the side opposite of Tesla Motors in an embarrassing display of corruption and favoritism. I request the Executive Branch take a stand against unfair discrimination as it is unconstitutional and violates the 14th Amendment's equal protection clause. The equal protection clause states: "nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
Tesla is an american corporation that is being denied equality in the eyes of the law, and New Jersey is within Federal jurisdiction.
