Public Law 107-56 Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT ACT) Act of 2001 , betrays the public trust by violating the US Constitution. Passing an unconstitutional Act into law not only violates the highest law in the land, but also is a blatant attack on the People of the USA. The PATRIOT ACT is in itself a terrorist act on the US Constitution and the People of the USA. The US Constitution is our foundation of our Government of “We the People” and must be defended from foreign and domestic threats. The US PATRIOT ACT is a domestic threat on “We the People” by circumventing the provisions that are fundamentally our cornerstone of Government. Defend the US Constitution, by repealing the PATRIOT ACT.
