The US Constitution is under attack from the Lawmakers, a rouge president and an activist Supreme court. All members of public service take an oath to uphold and defend the constitution of the United States. What I purpose is setting a criminal punishment for those who have taken the oath of office and have actively worked to weakened the constitution. Punishments from 3 years confinement to death for the most severe cases. This would include all members of the military, police ,congress, the supreme court , the president , staff and anyone who have taken the oath. I believe that if that the threat of jail time for these oath breakers would be enough to clean up the cesspool that is the US government or to make them think twice about subverting the constitution of the United states.
